    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Learned a lot from co-workers
Work-live balance is great for non-clinical staff

    Cons

Infection control-15 therapists packed into tiny office with no windows or ventilation-illnesses spread like crazy and we ended up using half our PTO as sick days.
    Continuing education not financially supported
    Compensation well below market
Work life balance talked about a lot by management, but not really supported.
    No opportunity to advance
Raises are minimal, and new employees with less experience hired in at higher level of pay than current employees

    Advice to Management

    Promote from within.

I worked at Baylor Scott & White Health full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Benefits, PTO, dart passes, tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Poor senior management, unorganized, doesn't place patient safety first.

    Advice to Management

Listen to you middle and front line managers along with reporting staff. Quit "sweeping" important issues under the rug to make profit and "become one of the top 5".
