The people are amazing! - and this is super important to me since you spend a lot of time with your coworkers. I have had some great growth opportunities and feel very professionally fulfilled. I genuinely feel great about the leadership - they listen and take actions to fix things rather than just glossing over things. I have been here for over three years and have no plans on leaving any time soon.
Cons

Some of the people at / who were with the company I will remain friends with or connected. I got some good connections out of my time and mentorship.
Cons
Terrible handling of global business ventures and team structuring and integration - especially in protected classes. I’ve never faced so much shame and discrimination and escalations without real cause for setting normal and proper boundaries to avoid working 7 days a week. The company can’t decide what the actual growth trajectory is and what fields / clients are profitable. Bad reputation amongst top spend clients. No investment on enhancing technology. Inability to PR spin every major failure and relies on name dropping partnerships for credibility when it is not actually backed by facts (ironic for a company that is based on tech/analytics and results). Unless you are a typical tech bro, you will be constantly battling internal parties who should be your considered your team and you will leave feeling shamed and isolated for calling out misbehavior even by the HR director. Leaders lack general business knowledge and ethics for their baseless pricing markups that cheat their clients.
