    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Co-workers were a blessing! Generous time off when you were allowed to take it.

    Cons

Top heavy in senior managment. Too many "directors" with no direct reports. Blame culture and scapegoating is the norm. Senior Mgmt over delegates and creates unrealistic deadlines and expectations. SVPs actively engage in gossip, and are very negative. No support for the "front line staff" doing all the work. Constant turnover. Inconsistent treatment and expectations across departments. Low pay in comparison to similar companies. HR is often inappropriate and over-stepping boundaries while discussing the personal and confidential info of one employee with another, including salaries, etc. Promotions and positions created for specific people without the opportunity for others who are qualified to apply.

    Advice to Management

Too many supervisors/directors/AVPs/SVPs and not enough people to do the work.
