I worked at Beacon Health Strategies full-time (More than a year)

Pros

- Growing business and market segment, hence lots of job opportunities (no defined career path).
 - Work life balance is okay because of the work from home policy which is slowly disappearing.
 - The clinical knowledge and perhaps the among business

Cons

- Poor training and no incentive for learning.
 - Management discourages staff from taking new/better approach at work.
 - Blaming culture is prevalent among few staff and managers as a consequence to that people get dissatisfied and seek other jobs.
- Stingy company, i.e. not willing to overspend on welfare of it's staff.

Advice to Management

- Senior management needs to change on those points...things can get worse quickly otherwise.
- Perhaps change your business model but definitely revamp some of the departments such as IT, HR...
