Advice to Management

Company needs to focus on a solid growth plan, and not go in many different directions.

    Pros

Non-management co-workers were nice people. The benefit package is standard for the industry and position. There is nothing more good to say about this company.

    Cons

too many to list, Micro-managers and nit-pickers. The job did not match what was presented during the interview process. Manager has never managed before and has no idea what he is doing, except for following orders however inane from upper management.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to be at least average managers

    Pros

The pay can be good, and if management likes you, and you are willing to compromise your sense of ethics, and inform on former friends and fellow employees including use of fabrication.

    Cons

In order to do well their you must participate in their" lynching" techniques, loss of innocence.

    Advice to Management

Right now whistle blowers are not favored by the Obama or his administration, but your total hold on control and arrogance wielding power, may result in hubris. when things begin to change, you may fall like The Roman Empire. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely".
