Pros

Great title, location, and decent pay. Professional environment on the outside.

Cons

Management is awful. Seems a lot retain their job through the good boy buddy system. If only Mr. Beal knew how the current management is running his place.

Advice to Management

It's all business but business can not function without the loyalty and dedication of your current employees.

I worked at Beal Bank full-time

    Pros

Excellent people to work with. Position consists of a good mixture of both daily tasks and special projects. Free coffee, cocoa & tea. Cafeteria on-site, and covered parking is available.

    Cons

Small company with a limited portfolio of loans results in numerous layoffs each year. The growth of the portfolio has waned in recent years. The company needs a new vision in order to survive and succeed.

    Advice to Management

The powers that be need to be reminded of the value of the company, and the potential for growth needs to be fully explored. Initiative needs to be demonstrated to the higher-ups to show that there are some risks worth taking.
