    Pros

teaching environment, fast paced, tons of super smart people, jalapeño bagels on Fridays, brutalist architecture, amazing lunch options, close to Park Street and Downtown Crossing, good benefits and vacation

-Great training programs, and heavy access to more seasoned employees who are happy to provide mentorship

-Lots of interesting clients with cutting edge work

    Cons

Very busy days due to several meetings a day and too many Falafel restaurants nearby

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Keep people in the loop and listen to what employees want.

I worked at Beam Interactive & Relationship Marketing full-time

    Pros

The location of the space is central to all MBTA T Lines, which makes commuting from the office easy.

    Cons

Company is owned by 4 old white men who don't get along with each other. They boy had different visions and directions for the company, which causes a lot of chaos for employees. Eric Snyder (co-owner) comes in late and makes little time for his team - unless its to yell and belittle them in front of everyone else. He easily is a major reason why people are miserable as well as the company. Dave and Birch are great to learn from, but don't expect a work/life balance while working from them. They're expectations are high and will have you constantly in the office.

    Advice to Management

Sell, while there is still some value to the company. You all seem to over it and don't know how to run a company properly.
