Pros
Good insurance. Work from home.
Cons
You take 50-60 calls a day. The guest are spoiled rotten and most info they call about they could most likely look up themselves. You’re not only booking rooms but also show tickets, restaurant reservations and flight reservations and between calls(the 10 seconds you have) they sometimes make you do reports. You also have to know how to run up to 20+ programs.(Why are we only getting paid 13.75?) They have an up to date program to book in but it breaks down every other day so you have to use a backup program from the 1980s to book which is a huge pain to learn. You must know everything about the casino and hotel and I mean everything and if you aren’t prepared to answer it in two seconds prepare to have a rude guest on the phone. All your calls are recorded and you have one call graded every week. (They always pick the bad ones). If you miss two things off your check list your grade goes below 90 and you fail that call. Even if the guest causes it to happen. If your total is under 90 for three months you get written up. If you can handle being monitored, yelled at, talking for 8 hours straight, remembering a million things then give it a go.
