Pros

Resort lifestyle is respected here, snowboard all day and work all night. Lots of room for growth as the town is transist, can move up quickly. Some other perks are sister hotels. Good benefits package too.

Cons

Working in a small cold resort town. The only work here is in the resort ski industry. No real complaints.

Advice to Management

Give the lower employee's more responsibility. The place needs to be upgraded. But overall, the management is pretty good to it's employee's.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Beaver Run Resort full-time

    Pros

Lower administration ( Directors of Departments , supervisors) see qualities in hard workers, in a housing crises area, housing is available

    Cons

Dormitory style housing ( 2 bunk beds, total 4 employees, in a 1 bdrm apartment), higher administration caters to owner needs ( cash flow), ignoring quality for quantity in employees

    Advice to Management

Offer some incentives to valuable employees, change housing from dormitory rooms to 2 person, co-shared rooms.
