We deliver high quality energy efficient homes at a great value, largely due to the tenure of our building team. We are competitive, and it is a work hard atmosphere and we also take the time to enjoy our successes.

    Cons

We have to share the market with other builders.

    Pros

    Advice to Management

Create a TRUSTING environment between management; the aggressive, back handed environment is unproductive and costly to the organization with regards to both talent loss and lower profitability.
