    Pros

Made some very good friends at BCI

    Cons

    1) Projects are poorly managed
    2) Upper management does not recognize good work, while brown nosing is frequently rewarded.
    3) Very "Clicky" environment
    4) Real technical ability is undervalued
    5) Company does not invest to improve an employee's value with marketable skills
    6) Finger pointing and lack of accountability was a frequent practice by employees/management, while the company motto was quite the opposite.

    Advice to Management

    1) Reward performance, not brown nosing to higher ups.
    2) Realize that integrity and accountability are not just words or a facade to create a company logo, and practice these values
    3) Disintegrate the clicks that currently corrupt upper/mid-level management
