    Pros

    Bectran is a dynamic company that reacts quickly for its customers. This company gives you a chance to work closely with senior management. You are not just another employee here. What you do matters to the company. Bectran is also experiencing a lot of growth, which gives you the chance to be a part of the future of this company.

    Far drive for me, but of course that all depends on where you live.

    Where to begin? Firstly, the good reviews written by this company were written by the only 2 BDM's at Bectran that are allowed to make any money (by stealing the projects of newer BDM's). This organization churns and burns through employees not just on the sales level, but on every level. If you don't believe me, look on Linkedin, type in Bectran, and do a quick search of former employees. They have had 6 HR... managers in less than 3 years! I can personally vouch that 4 of the current Linkedin profiles of Bectran Account Executives are fake. You read correctly, the company creates fake linkedin profiles of employees to give an impression that there is job security. The average sales rep last maybe 3 months and either fired due to lack of performance (company does not provide tools for success, training, or any mentorship). The CEO is a nasty, verbally abusive individual who publicly threatens and ridicules employees in public. The CTO (yes CTO) runs the sales dept and has more than one occasion threatened to replace everyone in the office with telemarketers from India or the Phillipines. Ownership keeps employees past 530 almost daily for pointless meetings. Forget a work-life balance, they like this business model because they bring people in who do the dirty work of uncovering and qualifying leads, then turn them over to the ONLY 2 sales reps that have any tenure at the company. Then they fire the new sales reps so they don't have to pay a commission for the closed deal. In 9 years, they have two sales reps that have been there over 2 years, and perhaps 75-100 who lasted an average of 6-12 weeks. Again, linkedin doesn't lie (unless you create fake profiles).
