I worked at Beiersdorf (US) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

great work culture, and they pay their actual employees well

    Cons

They exploit temps to save money

    Advice to Management

You have supervisors that take credit for the great work of temps to get themselves promoted; i've seen some brilliant temps come and go, while the full time employees were lazy and unmotivated

As our Supply Chain function continues to transform to a data and consumer centric model, a small number of temporary workers have supported specific parts of our business working side by side with employees. While it is possible that some temporary workers could transition to full-time employee status, it is not always possible based on a variety of business factors coupled with specific individual candidate profiles. We continue to highly regard these temporary workers in our business as critical to our success and appreciate their contributions.
