Just like I wrote in the title, the training at the beginning is very thorough and even after you’re done you’ll still get plenty of support whenever you need it.
Cons
There’s ups and downs no matter where you work. My advice? A positive attitude makes all the difference.

Nice building, and Cafeteria. "Some" nice people to work with. Work life balance is ok.
Cons
You don't work for Belcan you work for a contracted company. Every month Belcan has to get funding. If the Contracted company doesn't continue the funding you can be out of a job or switched to something else. This breads bad attitudes among employees. Me first, throw you under the bus culture. Also, they will switch you whenever they want. 5 minute drive to work can become a 45 minute drive to a contracted company. Belcan's only goal is to satisfy the contracts, not your development. Zero percent chance at advancing.
