Not stable employment

Nice building, and Cafeteria. "Some" nice people to work with. Work life balance is ok.
Cons
You don't work for Belcan you work for a contracted company. Every month Belcan has to get funding. If the Contracted company doesn't continue the funding you can be out of a job or switched to something else. This breads bad attitudes among employees. Me first, throw you under the bus culture. Also, they will switch you whenever they want. 5 minute drive to work can become a 45 minute drive to a contracted company. Belcan's only goal is to satisfy the contracts, not your development. Zero percent chance at advancing.

Pros
I started working at Belcan shortly after I graduated, and I haven’t looked back since. Why would I? I’ve seen my friends struggling under the weight of their employers while I’m enjoying a flexible schedule and a good diversity of projects. Somehow I was lucky enough to immediately land the perfect job. Needless to say, I’m staying put.
Cons
Pay is slightly below the market average, but that’s not enough to make me want to leave.
