I worked at Bell Canada as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

If you are new to Canada and would like to gain Canadian work experience, this is the best place to start. Managers are very supportive. You can learn a lot. You can get a good reference in your resume.

Cons

PMP (Professional Management Program) at Bell Mobility is a full time unpaid job. They make you to work more, but you will learn good from it

Advice to Management

Offer this job with stipend.

I have been working at Bell Canada full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Sometimes decent training. If you wait long enough, your boss(es) will change.

    Cons

Lousy staff relations; get older = get laid off; absurdly poor management; abysmal HR practices; company direction changes like the wind.

    Advice to Management

Start treating your staff better or put up with constant turnover. Get rid of all the former Telus executives.
