Bergstrom automotive offers every brand of automobile in the state of Wisconsin. Even though they are the largest in the state, they still treat everyone like family. It is simply in the Bergstrom culture that we are 1 team!

Cons
Team leads who are allowed to berate and throw things at employees Continuously asked to work six days a week A uniform that is pricey and due to the quality needs to be replaced often to look nice No tattoos. No piercing. Even “tasteful”. Up until recently we weren’t allowed to have facial hair. The pay plan is about to change in coming months to effect how your commission is earned. They have changed company wide the minimum bonus requirements. Making all bonuses harder to reach even on a minimum level.
