I have been working at Bernard full-time

Pros

You can work 40 hours per week and get overtime if you come to work every day and do your job. Supervisors are helpful and you have online guides to show you what to do when speaking with customers - need to be friendly.

Cons

You have to be willing to work nights and weekends, but the hours are there.

    Pros

    none worst place ever. Don't waste your time..

    Cons

    Not a professional environment. Broken vending machines... only one microwave. The employees and the staff wears bicycle pants to work. Even the management staff.. no breaks and 1 hr lunch.

    need to be a more professional environment.

    Pros

    Easy to get hired, paid training

    Cons

    You are literally being paid to harass people. You will call the same person every single day until they say the magical phrase that lets you stop calling them. No, it is not "Stop calling me." by the way. Worst job ever.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your customers. No means no. Stop taking no as meaning "Maybe tomorrow I'll change my mind."
