Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO

Pros

good parties
great people
good it department that responds quickly to issues
free coffee
nice conference rooms
good media planners

Cons

lack of leadership
not the best benefits
if your account is not performing you could be on the chopping block
bit of a good ol' boys club

Advice to Management

leadership should be based on skills- not a club of your closest friends who have no difference of opinion. Also when times are good- you should plan and spending the same way when times are bad.

    Pros

Everything I heard about the culture before working there was true. I think there are a few catty people who like to stir up crap, but that's anywhere. They seem to come to rescue of people who are struggling.

    Cons

There are still silos and unhealthy, pettiness at times that senior people should be more accountable to shut down. Insurance is NOT competitive...it ended up being the reason why I left. From team to team you have various degrees of accountability and there is a tendency for some to point fingers vs. trying to be a part of helping to bring a solution.

    Advice to Management

Train people to be better team members
    Work on insurance
    Get the process under control
