          Pros

          Most of the people who work at this company seem passionate about mental health care. The Company is overall well-run and is filled with professionals.

          Cons

          There is a bit of a communication problem regarding clients and overall treatment. The position of case manager throws a lot at you, and it can be overwhelming and more than you signed up for.

        6 interview rounds and halfway through. How many times does someone have to answer “so tell me about yourself” does it take to get an offer. Beginning to become exhausting. Tips on remaining enthusiastic through multiple round interviews would be helpful.
