Pros

Small discounts on merchendise and you have lots of time to shop while you work. Relatively flexible hours. There's a bit of room to move around in the company especially if your good at sales.

Cons

Everybody is very cliquey so it feels like your in high school. If that's your thing you will fit right in.

Advice to Management

If you want to keep knowlegable sales staff you need to pay better.

    Pros

staff discount, accommodating of schedule needs, had great co-workers

    Cons

When I was bored out of my face, they wouldn't give me the opportunity to work in another department (I asked my manager and supervisor many times), despite proving myself to be an asset to the department I was working in. Did not feel that my hard work was recognized above those who were lazy and incompetent

    Advice to Management

Try to reward those who work hard... not just those who complain incessantly
