    Pros

Employees are generally friendly. Managers are clear about work schedules and won't change your schedule for the week without asking.

    Cons

Wages cap out very low. You are completely expendable unless you get to management level. Expectations and methods change all the time as the company chases profit.

    Advice to Management

For the sake of employees, don't higher obvious losers. Bad employees drag down profit and hurt good employees.

    Ability to change departments

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Do not assign busy work in the store. If there is nothing to do in the store, simple accept that there is nothing to do. When the Regional Manager comes in we will make sure we all look busy.

My biggest irritation in jobs like these is often managers attempt to make the jobs seem harder then they are. As long as employees are not being rude, disruptive, or inattentive and the store does not look unkept. It is okay to leave them alone.
