    Pros

You make alsot of freinds while working at best buy and you gain alot of knoweldege about Best Buy Products and services. great training program its comprised of E learning and hands on experence.

    Cons

Some of the mangement tend to play favorites so if you try and become Fulltime Good Luck becasue ive been with the company for two years and I have tried three seperate times for a Fulltime job and they keep passong me over for a fulltime job, sometimes it tends to be busy.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites with employees and accutally work with the employees who want to become fulltime instead of employees who kiss up to the mangers . Stop wrting up employees for using there cell phones becasue how is it fair for mangement to use there phones using facebook and twitter but yet when an employee uses there phone you write them up but i dont think facebook and twitter are best buy realated in anway. but other than those issues it is a great place to work, I feel best buy would bennift from going on the show undercover boss.
