Pros

Good compensation, decent hours, treated with respect if you work hard, there pretty lenient on whether or timeliness, you can come in late a lot but if you do your job right that will usually offset being 1-5 minutes late everyday, everybody there is very friendle and willing to help and they bring a real team aspect to the store when doing things. THEY HAVE THE BEST DISCOUNT EVER, COST+ 5%!

Cons

not as many hours because of the recent recession, general managers play no role in day to day store activities, sometimes the culture can get very annoying when you want to go to work and do your job and go home

Advice to Management

be more involoved in the store, give more positive feedback than negative feedback

    Pros

There is an excellent discount, tuition reimbursement, good company philosophies like "have fun while being the best".

    Cons

Unfair pay scale, partial management, gets boring, supervisors etc constantly stay on your ass to do better. Even when you're doing your best at sales, there is constant bitching to do more. The supervisors at my particular store are all lazy and unqualified. Managers do little to combat theft in stores, and are too lenient when angry customers are involved. Ex, one day a little kid carved a dollar sign into an expensive TV with a thumbtack. Kids father was playing the piano display and not supervising the kid. Management said nothing. Ex., One day a angry customer cursed me out horribly, and for no reason. Management did nothing

    Advice to Management

Get new supervisors, be fair on pay scale

    Pros

    Discount, and not much else

    Cons

Management (depending on your store) will walk all over you if you aren't one of their "outside of work" friends..

    Advice to Management

Sales Operators don't have a lot of responsibilities, and we understand that, but don't treat us like we are seasonal cashiers!
