I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people, great corporate campus, ROWE is fantastic, great discount, lots of opportunity once you get your foot in the door, constantly changing environment, great experience.

    Cons

Salary is a bit low compared to the industry, but worth the trade-off in my opinion. Very responsive to the state of the economy, like all retail.

    Advice to Management

Bump salary ranges to keep top talent from leaving the company for other opportunities. Make Best Buy a place to grow and know you will earn what you deserve.

I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The hours aren't too bad. Discount is nice. Good as a job for stepping stone on your way to something else.

    Cons

Management that constantly revolves. Lack of vision and competence at store level.

    Advice to Management

Promote talent. Fire more supervisors and managers when they can't do their job.
