I have been working at Best Buy full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Very intuitive internal systems. Most are easy to learn how to use, there's available documentation on all of them if needed. Also there's a clear path for upward mobility in the company. If you have good leadership and show interest in moving up, they'll look into helping you along the way.

    Cons

Same as every other retail company. The customers.
