I have been working at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    There are some nice people

    Cons

Managers here (the female ones) are kinda tough. They only care about the money and how you look. Everyone else is cool though.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up a little not everything can be perfect...

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Typically you have energetic co-workers and we sell fun products and offer great services. Corp teams are very open to change and are always looking for feedback from all employees down to the part timers in the stores.

    Cons

Changes are often slow to be implement. Experience may not be consistent. In a company this big there are always some managers who are awesome and some you can't stand working for.

    Advice to Management

Becoming more nimble is going to be key for the future. Its not easy for a company this big but I think slow to implement changes is going to be our biggest obstacle.
