Pros

Best Buy has a very young staff that is always open and friendly lots of outside activities

Cons

Does not respect leave of absence, contacts employees on a daily basis to come back because of poor staffing, doesn't care about the associates health or well being.

Advice to Management

Ensure that you are aware of employee labor laws and how you are allowed to contact your staff and pressure them into working.

    Pros

Great work environment , nice culture, great place to start and build work ethics and experience.

    Cons

Bad management, can never fully explain the business as it applies to employees, favoritism plagues the associates, most of management don't know how to manage.

    Advice to Management

Do your job, if you go to a different store to fix a problem, find out the problem first before assuming if you whip out everything the problem will fix it self, also take in to consideration your associates are people to with families don't assume that its OK to flood one associate with hours and the next with almost none when prior to you being there they had equal hours, if such action must be done , be an adult and explain yourself.
