I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than a year)

Pros

This company really supports its employees in numerous ways. It works with you on hours for college, college tuition reimbursement, health benefits. Its great to feel like someone has my back.

Cons

Lots of missed communication can lead to terrible results (all of which can be fixed if you speak up)

Advice to Management

Give more positive feedback, I'm number one in sales almost every month, and I always feel like I just can't do enough to get a "good job" out of you guys.

I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You get to help a lot of people and they appreciate the knowledge and solutions offered.
You become friends with a lot of co workers and that makes for a fun environment.
You learn alot about the business side of Best Buy and how retail management works.

    Cons

Compensation does not match skills and knowledge
Sometimes you click with management and unfortunately sometimes you don't
Alot of times its just you with no help from anyone helping multiple people at one time.

    Advice to Management

Building relationships with employees are key. Those relationships are just as important as building relationships with clients/customers.
