Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

-Discounts
-Great employees
-Relaxing Environment
-Meeting International customers

Cons

-Customers can be very rude
-Customer Experience Worksheets(If you don't fill them out, you'll be written up!)
-Management could be more helpful
-Hours are cut ridiculously short for part-time employees, after the holidays
-Unrealistic expectations in sales. Especially for "cold" departments such as mobile electronics (600 dollars an hour?)

Advice to Management

Stop making Geek Squad the main percent in the scoring reports. Give your workers more recognition for their hard-work.
