I worked at Best Buy full-time

    Pros

The few good managers and customers.

    Cons

Terrible General Manager and Managers and unfortunately horrible customers (not all, but a lot.)

    Advice to Management

Hire more competent managers and employees in general.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very good treatment by management, I felt that I was appreciated every time I walked in. Our store manager was very kind and always made sure to nurture the Best Buy Employee culture as much as possible. Best Buy makes an effort to promote a team identity which greatly benefitted both the store and its employees.

    Cons

Sometimes I did start to feel a lack of motivation to continue doing my best and relied solely on my own constitution to continue it's growth.

    Advice to Management

If you want to sell more optmized packages and geek squad black tie protection, I am sure that with a little work you can train employees to sell them more efficiently.
