Pros

There really wasn't any pros. They hire people with no experience, but are picky for no specific reason. Discriminates in both employment and treatment of current employees.

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, horrible treatment of employees, highly unethical.

    Pros

Generally the company culture is good - people really care about doing the right thing.

    Cons

As with most companies - you are very important until they want to cut costs - then you aren't so important anymore. Focus is on too many things which makes the core business suffer.

    Advice to Management

Cut the politics - if you actually listen to people vs. just senior management you might hear some interesting things.

    Pros

As a sales associate an employee will gain many transferable skills. These skills learned include, but not limited to, selling, technology, and forming relationships which will all be utilized in future business environments.

    Cons

Random and sporadic scheduling makes it difficult to handle outside priorities that one may deem more important such as school, studying and/or another job. Lack of anonymity in your sales approach creates a less desirable place for someone who is entrepreneurial. Ultimately, you are treated and feel like a cog in a machine.
