    I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some of the pros at that time were the employee discount, flexible hours, starting pay, and concessions available.

    Cons

    Some of the cons were too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Hours and benefits got worse as time went by.
