Great building, relaxed atmosphere, lots of authority, can direct own career path.

Cons

Not told what the Renew Blue strategy is exactly. The street hears news before the employees.

Advice to Management

Share information with the employees; so, they don't have to hear it from friends and relatives. Be honest about performance of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Create some sort of incentive to retain your most valuable employees. You have incredibly high turnover because it isn't hard for competitors to pay more than Best Buy.
