Pros

Really great people to work with, growth area for the company

Don't have any ownership over the day-today business. There are a lot of roadblocks to getting your job done.

Advice to Management

Give more responsibilities to lower level employees

    Pros

friendly and fun co workers, good work environment paid holidays off

    Cons

Numbers driven company, poor annual raise system, upper management do not know the company policies

    Advice to Management

show more effort to keep employees around instead of just focusing on numbers for the day. The customers do not care about our numbers they care about what kind of service is being offered. I revert back to my tried and true formula Happy Employees+Happy Customers=Returning Business. Keep the employees who are your frontline happy and you will keep your customers happy. Incentive program for doing a good job is also a joke. No one wants a point based system to save up and get something nice. Employees like recognition. What ever happened to the old school employee of the month? Gives employees something to work towards. Do not put your teams on action or disciplinary plans just because their numbers are down. Look at the big picture. We are in the game to make money but it is a really difficult time right now and not everyone is looking to spend thousands of dollars on big luxury items.
