I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount, meeting new people, and the interactions with genuinely respectful customers. You will meet some very nice people at this company.

    Cons

under-staffed, non-commissioned, angry customers, heavy pressure from management, below average wages. In Best Buy Mobile, you will often find yourself staying past your shift with management not caring a bit about it.

    Advice to Management

Do not expect employees to sell services, pressure customers, and go above and beyond when there is very little incentive to do so. Employees will work harder if the compensation is higher... I.E. attainable bonus structure and commissioned sales.
