    Easy place to work. Has a flexible schedule. Good job for someone young who is looking at eventually moving a technical industry.

    Cons

    Low pay and benefits. Good high school or college job, but isn't something to make a career out of.

    Hours may not be consistent/Shift Patterns
    Have to abide by minimum part-time/full-time availability standards

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees concerns and address problems right away. Don't get caught up in "politics" within the company. Have a more thorough screening process for new-hires.
