I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

Pros

My stores worked around your classes pretty well, paid better than almost any other retail store around. Most everyone there was pretty fun, its a good environment but like most stores a few bad managers can ruin that.

Cons

If you work on the sales floor they put a lot of pressure on you to sell insurance and other things that IMO are not such fantastic services. You can get in trouble for not always offering them.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible scheduling. Fun work environment. It can be a great place to work if you are in school and you are looking for a job to hold you over.

    Cons

Management can make or break the work environment. Weekends are a must (since it's retail). Pay is low even with several years of experience.
