    I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Nice, friendly environment full of great people. Decent Discount

    Cons

    Hours are inconsistent. Company rules and policies change too frequently and cause confusion. Management structure does not work. Not up to my Ethical standards.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on teaching employees so they can better serve the customers. And yelling at employees about sales does not encourage them to be more proactive.
