I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

- flexible schedule
- awesome corporate campus
- laid back atmosphere/culture

Cons

- pays less than other large corporate offices in Minneapolis
- does not value education
- no development for employees

Advice to Management

Pay needs to become more competitive with other large corporations and favoritism needs to play less of a part in promotions. Hubert Joly was the best thing that has happened to Best Buy!
