I have been working at Best Buy part-time

Pros

Besides the good pay and great benefits, Best Buy has a great atmosphere. All the employees respect each other and it is honestly really fun. Also the managers work with you to help you have a schedule you can work with.

Cons

I haven't had anything bad to say about it.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There were no good things about working at Best Buy. I worked in Best Buy Mobile as well as the Geek Squad.

    Cons

Pay was awful. The restructuring every year was ridiculous. Career advancement was a joke. Managers were never present. Organization was pitiful at best. Worst job ever.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Small environment that allows more 1-1 time with employees and customers. You get to learn how Best Buy runs and your learn all aspects of the business.

    Cons

You work by yourself most of the time. There are long hours and labor is tight for your employees, meaning you will work more.
