Pros

Fellow Employees, Employee Discount, That's it!

Cons

Red tape
Limited responsibility
Nights, weekends, and holidays for minimal pay
Company is rapidly declining

Advice to Management

Company culture is terrible, and company continues to manage itself into bankruptcy. Employees and their family means nothing to the company, as it's all about making a dollar. No future career opportunities either.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere for leaving all the up to date techs while having fun with many new and friendly co workers. Worked at best buy for a good 3 years, through the tough and fun time all I can really say was that it's been real and a fun learning. Experience in preparation for something else.

    Cons

Some cons within this company has to lay within the management such as the sups and how the company's is generally ran, competition with amazon look grim based on sales and such. The employee experience has really changed since wen I first worked 3 years agos; basically it's an more faster paced environment compared to the older days where training actually mattered. I'm not gonna rant on because bestbuy has given me a opportunity and I'll always respect that ;)

    Advice to Management

Need more focus within the employee experience
