I have been working at Best Buy

    Pros

There are decent opportunities to grow while working here. The pay is not great, but it could be worse. Your hours really depend on your ability to get your job done and to be profitable.

    Cons

Doesn't pay enough. Absolutely no overtime is allowed unless there is some extreme emergency. Benefits are only good if you can afford to pay a LOT of money.

    Advice to Management

Pay employees more. The "profit sharing" is such a small amount when you are a line level employee that it is disheartening.

I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than a year

    Pros

This company was very laid back and made for a comfortable work environment. Managers were great and everyone had each other's backs.

    Cons

Exhausting truck unloading shifts and stressful website order capacity during holidays.
