I have been working at Best Buy part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I work in inventory so the days are routine and simple, some days you don't do much at all. So it can be a chill day

    Cons

The holidays are horrible. You are asked to do way more than you should be able to handle. So you can be overwhelmed.

    Advice to Management

Hire more workers to do the job during busy times.

I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The Coworkers were all great. The managers were easy to work for and reasonable in their expectations.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the worst side of retail is working with irate or ignorant customers. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's not fun.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being awesome.
