I worked at Beverly Hills Hotel as an intern

    Pros

Great benefits as well as phenomenal support staff. They really take the time to teach you and allow you to grow as well. Every single day I was happy to be coming into work thanks to everyone being so friendly in every department.

    Cons

    You never want to leave!

    Pros

Free food in the cafeteria (they also give employees leftovers from banquets/weddings/events too)
    Free uniform and dry cleaning
After a year in the job, you get 3 free nights at any of the oversea locations (submit your request early!)
50% discount to be used at the hotel facilities (not including rooms because employees are prohibited from staying at the hotel)

    Cons

A lot of drama and gossiping: my boss asked me if I was uncomfortable with drama in the workplace in my interview, red flag I ignored!
Nepotism: kiss butt and thou shalt receive
Ineffective management: managers would rather avoid problems in their teams than admit to having them. This is primarily due to the huge inflated egos of team leaders
Poor teamwork: I was a top earner in my sales position one month and my team members signed a petition for me not to receive my bonus. Kinda hard to enjoy work when there's documented evidence that your coworkers hate you
    Inappropriate behavior: handsy managers
