Ummmmmm........if there were any, I can't think of them!

High tip out! Paid bus boys who didn't bus, bartenders who wouldn't make your drink unless you put the glassware up. And then they only made half the drink: you had to put the ice, the soda, the straw, and the garnish on it.....but I still had to tip them out, and had to do part of the bartender closing duties. At the end of the night the kitchen would throw buckets of water on the kitchen floor, so you would have to walk through a river to do your job! Never enough glassware! Unfriendly coworkers! Constantly training new employees, only to have them quit after a few days! Favoritism by hostesses.
