I worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The employees are friendly, and the office is decenlty located in Center City Philadelphia. There were a lot of company-wide meetings and activities that remind you of the impact of BBBS on the community.

    Cons

Because it is a non-profit, sometimes employees seemed unmotivated to move ahead quickly with projects. There was not a high sense of urgency.
