I love this company but pay is low

My store has a great “family type” atmosphere. We are a very new store and management is the best I’ve ever had in my 15+ years of working. The district and regional managers are friendly and encouraging. They care about their stores, their employees. We get 20% discount on everything in store and 30% discount on furniture. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Very low pay. Very low hours. I am one of the top hours under management, I can work every role in the store, and I do. My usual hours are 20-25 weekly. Some of my co-workers get as low as 4-8 hours a week. No commission on furniture (I understand this is their business concept which makes the furniture so cheap) I think the company tries to make up for this with our 30% employee discount on furniture, but I’m poor because I’m a part time employee at BL and can’t buy much furniture lol
