I have been working at Binkley Barfield full-time

Pros

Flexible schedules with understanding enviroment that puts consideration into employees having responsibilities other than their career.

Free insurance for you and your family.

Growing enviroment, if motivated. The company really makes an effort to get you the knowledge needed to excel in your position.

Cons

Older building. Maybe it was a hit in the 70's.

Parking could be a little bit better.

Once again parking!

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

There is opportunity to mentor new graduates into the professional working world.

    Cons

Executive management is ignorant and unaware of internal business practices because they believe that their revenue tells the story and are fed inaccurate information without question. Employees have been "Peter Principled" into roles that they are either not qualified for or for which they are wholly are uneducated merely based years of service. The culture and values of management are lacking. Their turnover is higher than most companies but are carefully hidden.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and become active in the daily business operations rather being fed and accepting inaccurate information. Trust yet verify. Build your foundation solidly on the rock rather than the sand which has become your modus operandi. Management has become firefighting rather being strategically focuses on long-term.
