    Pros

Really great people, willing to help and a sense of freedom in your work.

    Cons

Not too many people come in-person but not really sure if it’s a con but from an internship perspective wish there were a little more people in-person

    Organization Bottleneck

    Pros

Decent benefits though they get more expensive every year. Hard working boss. Nice campus. CEO is kind. Nice Corporate Partied when we still had them back in early 2020 Pre-Covid.

    Cons

Company going through another massive Re-org. I think the 5th one in the 7 yrs I've been there. There is virtually no quality control or change control at one division. Everything is bottle necked through a single person who has to execute changes in products. Burn out is very very high, and pay extremely low, which makes it difficult for them to keep quality employees. The people who are paid decent don't want to work. And those who care about quality and consistency have been turned into slaves due to poor organizational management on a divisional and global scale! They keep piling up more and more work for wider range of responsibilities without pay adjustment for the significant increase in workload. End up doing the work of others in organization bc people just stopped caring about doing their work. It might as well be a government agency. No one really wants to work. And the great employees are way over worked and significantly under paid!
